Phoenix Immobilizer was born out of a necessity to curb vehicle theft that has gone out of control these days.
Indeed, in the USA alone, last year, a motor vehicle was stolen every 30 seconds!
It represents millions of dollars in losses for owners, dealerships, businesses, and insurance companies.
Nearly all new vehicles are already equipped with a built in Immobilizer. Unfortunately, the thieves have become “tech savvy” to the point of being able to break into any vehicle’s ECU, start the vehicle and steal it.
This is where Phoenix Immobilizer came in. We have developed an immobilizer that is totally independent from any vehicle’s ECU and Data busses.
Following this approach makes it extremely difficult for the would-be thief to break into a vehicle and steal it.
While we thought about everyday consumers and developed a phone App just for consumer’s needs, we also thought about dealerships and businesses with their particular needs to secure a multitude of new vehicles at once on their parking lots.
As a bonus, our immobilizer also monitors the battery voltage level of your vehicle(s) so that you never end up with a dead battery.
For dealerships and businesses, we also include various statistical tools to help you manage your inventory of vehicle as well as giving you a selective control of various groups of vehicles in your fleet.

Will my new car warranty be void after installing your vehicle immobilizer?
No, your warranty will not be void as Phoenix Immobilizer does not modify any vehicle’s electrical wiring. Instead, our vehicle immobilizer is interfaced into the vehicle’s existing electrical wiring,
without modifying it. No wires are cut or spliced into the vehicle’s electrical wiring.
How does the Phoenix Immobilizer works?
Our immobilizer works by means of blocking various signals that are needed by your vehicle ECU (Engine Control Unit) to start and drive your vehicle. It can be controlled via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, using your phone or personal computer.
Is your immobilizer easy to install?
It is relatively easy to install by anyone with some basic electrical knowledge. However, we always recommend using a professional or your dealership to install it for you.
After I purchased a Phoenix Immobilizer for my vehicle, do I need to pay a monthly fee to use it?
No! At Phoenix Immobilizer, we believe in a “One Time Purchase”, and you are good to go after that.
Does Phoenix Immobilizer works on my vehicle?
Phoenix Immobilizer is constantly adding new vehicles to its list so, simply Email us with your vehicle’s year, model and engine type and we will let you know if we already have a wiring adapter for it.
Does Phoenix Immobilizer works on electric vehicles?
Yes.
Do I need to do anything different when I bring my vehicle for servicing?
Yes. You will need to program your mmobilizer through the phone App. to enable your vehicle to start during business hours while immobilizing it after business hours.
What happens if someone borrows my vehicle?
Using the phone App., you can either disable the immobilizer for a period of time or, you can register the person with your account to temporarily have access to your vehicle’s immobilizer.
What to do when the vehicle is sold?
Dealership or Fleet owner:
You de-register the immobilizer from your account and re-register the immobilizer with the new owner of the vehicle.

Private customer:
You de-register the immobilizer from your account and send us an Email to confirm that you sold the vehicle.
